Описание

Вы познакомитесь с краснодарским виноделием, прогуляетесь по виноградникам, узнаете о классических и экспериментальных методах производства, увидите современные амфоры для созревания вина, продегустируете напитки в сопровождении сыров местной фермы. И в результате откроете, что в России есть вино, которое может составить конкуренцию лучшим заграничным образцам!

Что вас ожидает

Горы и вино
Винодельня находится в 1-1,5 ч езды от Краснодара, в окружении леса на высоте 150-200 м над уровнем моря около станицы Смоленская. Это настоящее «место силы» с необыкновенной энергетикой и стройными рядами виноградников в окружении гор. Вы увидите винные цеха, бочковое хранилище и экспериментальные ёмкости. Узнаете основные этапы производства вина. Продегустируете молодые и выдержанные сухие вина винодельни в уютной беседке с великолепным видом на горы.

Винные истории Краснодарского края
Я занимаюсь российским вином c 2000 года, когда в него ещё никто не верил. Больше половины известных сейчас виноделен не было даже в проектах. На моих глазах менялись законы о вине, банкротились винодельни и строились новые, увеличивалась площадь виноградников, рос ассортимент и качество российских вин, развивался винный туризм… Я с радостью поделюсь своими знаниями:

  • расскажу историю российского виноделия
  • подскажу интересные винные маршруты
  • опровергну популярные мифы о вине
  • научу базовым принципам дегустации

  • Для группы от 5 до 6 человек можно организовать трансфер на минивэне (подробности в личной переписке)
  • Дополнительно можно организовать посещение сыродельни, местного ресторана, мастер-класс по сабражу (подробности в личной переписке)
  • Поездку для вас организую я или другой винный гид из моей команды

Посещение винодельни

  • Стоимость экскурсии с дегустацией на винодельне (2000-2600 ₽ в зависимости от дегустационного сета или 16 000 ₽ на группу 1-5 чел. в формате индивидуальной экскурсии и другие расходы вы оплачиваете дополнительно
  • Формат посещения: небольшая сборная группа (с пятницы по воскресенье) или индивидуально (с понедельника по четверг. Во время бронирования я расскажу вам обо всех опциях и вариантах. С декабря по апрель винодельня принимает только в индивидуальном формате
  • Винодельня принимает гостей с детьми старше 7 лет

У нас была индивидуальная экскурсия. Мы заранее связались с Валерией, обсудили индивидуальную специфику нашей группы. Подобрали сэт на дегустацию. По сэту у нас были свои пожелания и Валерия, совместно с ребятами из Собер-Баш, подобрали прекрасную линейку. Само хозяйство не большое, уютное, расположено недалеко от Краснодара. Нам конкретно не повезло из-за дорожных работ, и вместо часа мы добирались 2 5 часа, но тут как говорится, никто не застрахован. В любом случае приятная и не принужденная атмосфера на винодельне сгладила всё. Живописные виды, чудесное вино, интересный рассказ - сделал нашу поездку удивительно приятной! Спасибо огромное!

поездка 10/10. Валерия отличный экскурсовод, знает многое о вине и о его истории, рассказывает интересно и в целом человек приятнейший. Транспорт чистейший и комфортный. в общем советую! по любому еще поедем куда нибудь с Валерией)

Замечательная, очень душевная и познавательная поездка! Спасибо Валерии - с комфортом доставила на винодельню и обратно. В пути рассказала много интересного из истории российского виноделия, из глубины веков до наших дней. Прекрасно прогулялись по винодельне, пообщались с осликом, полюбовались окружающими видами. Затем интереснейшая экскурсия и дегустация чудесных вин. Каждое со своим характером, но все вкуснейшие! Время поездки пролетело совершенно незаметно. Спасибо!
