Экскурсию нам проводила очень милая девушка Бибигуль. Встретились у метро Сада радости. Прошлись по старому городу. Зашли в храм, загадали желание. Погуляли по Саду Радости в своём комфортном темпе. Бибигуль нас не торопила, дала насладиться видами, очень много и интересно рассказывала. Сделала очень много красивых фото на наши телефоны. Посетили набережную. Еще она нам показала сверх программы: корабль Луи Витона, квартал французской концессии, а также секретное тихое место на 91 этаже, с которого открывается шикарный вид на весь Шанхай. В итоге она с нами провела на час больше, успев показать за это время все ключевые достопримечательности Шанхая. Спасибо ей огромное! Всем советую эту экскурсию!

Святослав провел для нас прекрасную экскурсию. Нам очень повезло, боялись, что будет гид, плохо говорящий по-русски. Но за время экскурсии мы получили огромное количество очень интересной информации. Грамотно поставленная русская речь, огромный багаж знаний, с удовольствем слушали и созерцали красоту вокруг. Т.к. на набережной мы уже были до этого, Святослав быстро скорректировал наш маршрут и заменил набережную на французскую концессию, как мы и хотели. Спасибо за экскурсию!

С этой экскурсией все пошло не так. Она была запланирована на 9 апреля. Я заранее оплатила аванс и написала гиду, он ответил, что со мной свяжутся ближе к дате. 6-7 апреля я пыталась связаться со Святославом: я написала ему в трипстере, на личную почту, указанную в контактах, он нигде не ответил. Накануне экскурсии, а именно 8 апреля, я позвонила ему на номер, указанный в контактах, он не ответил. Тогда я написала в службу поддержки трипстера, они тоже не смогли связаться с гидом и 8 апреля вечером отменили заказ и вернули предоплату. Утром в день экскурсии я увидела сообщение от Дарьи, которое было отправлено в вотс ап 8 апреля в 22.30 и в телеграм 9 апреля 2.25 ночи!!! Я ее набрала и мы договорились, что экскурсию проведем. На экскурсию мы пошли, оплатили гиду и я написала об этом в трипстер, они мне снова выставили счет на предоплату и я его оплатила. В системе трипстера это отобразилось как новый заказ. И о чудо, мне пишет Святослав, который вспомнил меня, обвинил в произошедшей ситуации, что я якобы не ответила гиду и что это моя ошибка. Это вместо того, чтобы просто извинится за мои переживания и неудобства. Поэтому НЕ рекомендую данного организатора. К экскурсоводу Дарье особых претензий нет. Вежливая, знает материал, любит Китай, готова помочь. Только из-за нее я не поставила одну звезду. Единственный минус - это то, что у нее нет микрофона и наушников для гостей и, если вас больше 2х человек, то половину материалов вы точно не услышите.
