Вы получите цельное понимание города: от кварталов эпохи Мин и Цин до европейских концессий и ар-деко 20 века. Узнаете, почему Шанхай — самый европеизированный город материкового Китая, и как архитектура стала выражением его истории.

Что вас ожидает

10:00 — сад «Юй Юань» (Yuyuan Garden)
Погружение в Шанхай времён династий Мин и Цин. Вы узнаете, как жили китайцы, какими были традиционные кварталы и как устроена классическая садово-парковая архитектура.

10:30 — Старый город
Пройдём по узким улочкам и кварталам дореконструкционной застройки. Это последние аутентичные трущобы Шанхая столетней давности. Вы поймёте, чем китайская часть города отличалась от иностранных концессий.

11:00 — набережная Вайтань (The Bund)
История колонизации, опиумных войн и превращения Шанхая в международный центр. Рассмотрим знаковые здания в европейских стилях и обсудим их реконструкцию.

12:00 — вторая и третья линии Вайтаня
Участки, куда почти не заходят туристы. Здесь сохранились шедевры американского модерна и шанхайского ар-деко. Выйдем к Народной площади — центральной точке города. При желании можно зайти в Музей Шанхая в здании бывшего ипподрома.

13:00 — 1933 Old Millfun — историческая скотобойня
Одно из самых необычных зданий города: сеть мостов, арок и бетонных коридоров, созданная в 1933 году. Абсолютно нетуристическое место, от которого сложно оторваться.

14:00 — Zhang Yuan
Новейшая реконструкция кварталов начала 20 века: увидите, как адаптируют старые таунхаусы для современной жизни.

15:00 — Синьтяньди (Xintiandi)
Локация, где можно наконец разобраться в архитектуре шикумен и понять, чем шанхайские лилун отличаются от пекинских хутунов.

16:00 — французская концессия
Виллы, особняки и жилые дома в стиле ар-деко, испанской архитектуры, неоклассики. Разберём, почему в начале 20 века здесь жило больше русских, чем французов, и что стало с православными храмами в современном Шанхае.

17:00 — Columbia Circle и район Сюйцзяхуэй
Территория бывшего американского клуба, сегодня — пример бережной реставрации. Завершим экскурсию в Сюйцзяхуэе — историческом центре распространения западной религии в Шанхае.
