Описание

Лучше всего Вьетнам раскрывается в кухне. В ароматах трав, шуме рынка и блюдах, которые готовят не для туристов — а для своих. Мы начнём с рынка — здесь вы увидите, как живёт Вьетнам каждый день. Затем отправимся в сад, где под руководством шефа вы приготовите традиционные блюда — от спринг-роллов до насыщенного Бун Ча. А потом — самое приятное: сесть за стол и попробовать то, что сделали сами.

Что вас ожидает

Сначала вы посетите рынок Хам Тьен, где можно купить свежие ингредиенты для блюд — от овощей и трав до мяса, морепродуктов и фирменных вьетнамских специй.

Затем отправитесь в Chuon Chuon Retreat — уютную садовую кухню — и научитесь готовить простые, но душевные вьетнамские блюда под руководством гостеприимного хозяина. В меню — Бун Ча, свежие спринг-роллы и салат из банановых цветков, а также десерт из тропических фруктов в кокосовом молоке — сладкий, освежающий и полный вкуса тропиков.

И наконец, пора насладиться блюдами, приготовленными собственными руками — почувствовать гармонию вкусов и поделиться впечатлениями о контрастах вьетнамской кухни.

Организационные детали

  • Мастер-класс проходит в районе Хам Тьен (Mui Ne)
  • В стоимость входит: трансфер на седане или микроавтобусе от вашего отеля и обратно, все ингредиенты для кулинарного мастер-класса, бутылка питьевой воды
  • Отдельно по желанию оплачиваются напитки
  • Программа подходит для участников старше 10 лет и не требует кулинарного опыта — все блюда готовятся пошагово под руководством шеф-повара
  • Мастер-класс имеет два варианта проведения: утренний (8:30 выезд, возвращение в 13:00), вечерний (16:00 выезд, возвращение в 20:00). В вечернем варианте посещение рынка не предусмотрено
