Отлично провели время в дружеской обстановке! Анна очень тонко чувствует настроение и при необходимости корректирует маршрут и тему для нашего максимального комфорта. Один большой минус- слишком быстро пролетело время! Впервые захотелось повторить такую же экскурсию- за один заход попробовать все и узнать все что интересно- невозможно. Придется возвращаться.

Вы погуляете по уютным старинным улочкам и зайдете в традиционные кафе, где любят проводить время сами венецианцы. Я расскажу, в чем особенности местных закусок, что и с чем принято есть и пить, где любил посидеть Бродский и какие коктейли родились в «городе на воде». Вы попробуете знаменитые итальянские вина, узнаете, что такое «чикети», «бакари» и «трамедзино», вкусно и с душой проведете время и еще больше полюбите Венецию!
Что вас ожидает
Легендарные кафе Бродского и Казановы и тайные местечки
Вы посетите традиционные венецианские пабы «бакари», расположенные в крохотных переулках вдали от туристических маршрутов. Именно здесь чаще всего в конце дня встречаются местные жители для непринужденной беседы. Вы заглянете в «бакари», где любил посидеть за бокальчиком вина знаменитый Казанова, и впечатлитесь неизменным на протяжении веков антуражем этого заведения. Я покажу кафе, в котором нередко засиживался Бродский, размышляя о жизни и наблюдая «суетливое одиночество» Венеции. Любителей красных вин я отведу в место с самым большим в городе выбором Амароне. А ценителям «игристого» обязательно понравится в «бакари» с отличным Просекко. По вашему желанию, вы попробуете также белое Соаве, Совиньон или Шардоне.
Дегустация местных закусок, вина и коктейлей
Во время прогулки вы услышите истории из жизни знаменитых венецианцев и узнаете о традициях и быте современных горожан. Я расскажу, что такое «методо классико», почему у разных виноделен один и тот же сорт винограда имеет разный вкус, почему итальянское просекко не является шампанским и какие из местных напитков на него максимально похожи. Помимо вин, мы уделим внимание коктейлям — я поделюсь рецептом настоящего венецианского шприца, беллини и россини. Не забудем и о вкуснейших закусках «чикети» — вы познакомитесь с бутербродом «трамедзино», треской «бакала» и необычно приготовленными сардинами, восхититесь простотой, душевностью и качеством местной кухни!

Если вы хотите не только увидеть Венецию, но и разобраться в ее гастрономических предложениях, прогулка с Анной будет прекрасным выбором. Прогулка с Анной это не только рассказы об истории Венеции, но и знакомство с традиционными венецианскими блюдами. Она увлеченно рассказывает о локальных блюдах и ингредиентах, делая акцент на культуре и традициях региона. Полученные от Анны знания о процессе винопития (она, ко всем своим прочим достоинствам, еще и профессиональный сомелье) раскрыли для нас еще одну грань La dolce vita. В Венеции непросто найти хорошее аутентичное заведение ориентированное на местную публику, а не на туристическую массовку. Те заведения, которые нам порекомендовала Анна, были безупречны. Мы очень признательны ей и за помощь в бронировании в этих ресторанах.

Это было великолепно! С первых минут Анне удалось погрузить нас в эпоху настоящей аутентичной Венеции 15-16 века, в самый ее расцвет, в эпоху уникальной живописи и искусства, неповторимой архитектуры, масок, карнавалов, флирта и потрясающих на вкус деликатесов и конечно же просекко! Наша прогулка проходила вдали от известных туристских маршрутов, по почти безлюдным улочкам прекрасной Венеции под увлекательный рассказ об истории создания этого неповторимого города, о его развитии и пика могущества, о непростых временах для Венеции и о его возрождении, как культурного центра всего региона. Анна имеет дар потрясающего рассказчика! Факты, события, великие люди и простые жители города буквально "оживали" в ее повествовании! Она смогла создать необыкновенную ауру очарования и проникновения в старинную эпоху Венеции, когда по улицам и переулкам ходили аристократы и простые люди, торговцы и пираты, куртизанки и их поклонники. Великолепие и разнообразие этого города не поддается описанию. Благодаря Анне нам удалось почувствовать дух города, узнать много интересных деталей о жизни венецианцев, познакомиться с обалденно вкусной домашней едой местных жителей, посетить уникальные ресторанчики и пообщаться с их владельцами. Анна просто "вдохнула" в нас любовь и восхищение Венецией и жизнерадостными и приветливыми венецианцами! Обязательно вернёмся ещё в этот великий город и к Анне! Рекомендуем всем, кто хочет узнать не только парадную Венецию, но и ее закулисье, ее настоящую, живую и неповторимую!
