Пожалуй, ни одна культура в мире так тесно не связана с кухней, как грузинская. Ароматные сырные пироги, пряные закуски, буйство зелени и сочные мясные блюда с вином, песнями и тостами — национальная ода жизни, которую много веков назад создали наши предки! На мастер-классе вы прикоснетесь к таинству изготовления хачапури по-аджарски — «лодочки», научитесь делать классическую ореховую заправку и научитесь готовить своими руками хинкали. А затем за душевными беседами узнаете о тонкостях этой древней традиции и испытаете на себе всё тепло фирменного гостеприимства.

Аппетитный мастер-класс: познать Грузию через кухню
Трудно выбрать лишь несколько блюд из нашей богатой кухни — каждое из них по-своему раскрывает историю разных регионов и традиции рецептуры. Мы решили остановиться на самых популярных гастрономических визитных карточках. Итак, вы приготовите хачапури по-аджарски (те самые «лодочки»). Узнаете, в чем отличие разных видов выпечки, как это связано с регионами их происхождения, какие ещё варианты сырных пирогов существуют в Грузии и с чем не нужно путать хачапури. Также вы сделаете традиционную ореховую заправку для овощного салата — в её рецепте немало тонкостей! И приготовите гордость национальной грузинской кухни — хинкали — мешочки из тугого теста, наполненные сочной мясной начинкой и ароматным бульоном.

Семейное застолье: традиции и неповторимая атмосфера
Усердно поработав над приготовлением блюд, останется только оценить их подачу и вкус в компании единомышленников. В продолжение кулинарного вечера вы примете участие в традиционном застолье в теплой семейной обстановке, конечно, с винными дегустациями. Гостеприимство у грузин в крови, и только здесь вы сможете оценить удивительное искусство вести душевные разговоры с гостями так, будто знаете друг друга с детства. Этот вечер ещё долго будет сопровождать вас в воспоминаниях о Грузии.

  • Мы встречаемся на Центральной площади Кобулети и едем до места проведения мастер-класса 15-20 минут (трансфер включён)
  • Если вы планируете выездать из Батуми, из-за ремонта дороги время в пути может занять несколько часов в одну сторону
  • Возможно провести экскурсию для группы 4-18 человек за доплату — 32 евро/чел.

Мероприятие великолепное, отличная организация процесса и просто душевные люди. Было крайне познавательно, Гия действительно мастер виноделия и прирожденный тамада) все ожидания от экскурсии оправдались целиком и полностью, наелись и напились до отвала) Отдельное спасибо Татьяне,прекрасная девушка и интересный собеседник!

С удовольствием хочу поделиться впечатлениями о замечательном мастер-классе по грузинской кухне, организованном Татьяной. В течение мероприятия мы не только наслаждались приготовлением аутентичных блюд, таких как хачапури по-аджарски и хинкали, но и узнали множество интересных фишек и секретов приготовления. Атмосфера мастер-класса была непринужденной и радушной. После приятного процесса приготовления нас ждали душевные беседы за столом, что создало по-настоящему уютную атмосферу общения. Отдельное спасибо Татьяне, Гие и Медее за их гостеприимство. Они действительно смогли передать нам свою любовь к грузинской кухне. Мы получили не только новые кулинарные навыки, но и приятные воспоминания, которые буду хранить надолго. Очень рекомендую этот мастер-класс всем ценителям вкусной еды и истинного грузинского гостеприимства. Благодарю организаторов за насыщенный и незабываемый опыт!

Хотим сказать большое спасибо Татьяне, Гие и Медее за прекрасно проведенный вечер в очень прекрасном месте! Пробовали и пили вкусное вино, научились готовить вкуснейший хачапури по аджарски и хинкали. Узнали много нового про историю виноделия, увидели каким образом готовили вино в древней Грузии и каким образом это происходит сейчас. Все было очень тепло и душевно, неторопливо, с большим вниманием к каждому из участников экскурсии и с большой любовью! Теперь мы знаем что такое настоящее грузинское гостеприимство! Всем рекомендуем познакомиться с этой дружной командой - точно не пожалеете!

Спасибо большое за потрясающий вечер в Аджарии. Этот мастер-класс стал для нас главным впечатлением от отдыха в Грузии. Было интересно, вкусно и душевно! Если кто-то раздумывает над тем, бронировать данную экскурсию или нет, даже не думайте - такие впечатления о Грузии надо обязательно увезти с собой! Мы - группа из 9 человек (8 мужчин и 1 женщина) в возрасте 25-27 лет, в восторге остались все. Сперва Гия обстоятельно рассказал нам все о грузинском виноделии. Потом мы под руководством настоящей грузинской хозяйки Медеи приготовили хачапури по-аджарски, затем опробовали их , параллельно дегустируя 6 видов вина. После чего мы приступили к лепке хинкали (это было сложнее, чем кажется на первый взгляд!) и их поеданию под напитки покрепче)) В общем, готовьтесь к тому, что это будет не просто мастер-класс, а настоящее погружение в мир грузинского застолья. Уходить вам не захочется, как и нам! Спасибо большое Татьяне, Гие и Медее за прекрасно проведенное время! Будем обязательно всем рекомендовать данный мастер-класс.
