Описание

На родине игристого вина я хочу показать контраст между фееричным напитком-праздником и необыкновенно душевной Шампанью. Вы посетите два концептуально разных места: шампанский дом с мировым именем и частное хозяйство. Узнаете, как создают сложные деликатные вина, в чем уникальность местного терруара и какова роль мастерства винодела в работе с лозой.

Знакомство с винной культурой региона
В 2015 года виноградники Шампани были внесены в списки всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО. В поездке я расскажу, в чем состоит уникальность местного винограда — гордости виноделов и достояния человечества. Вы познакомитесь со значением французских слов «вандаж», «ремюаж», «ассамбляж», «дегоржаж». Узнаете об особенностях каждого из сортов винограда, используемого для производства шампанского. Побываете в очаровательных деревушках и насладитесь атмосферой этого красивого региона.

Всемирно известные шампанские дома
Несмотря на то, что в Шампани порядка 400 винных домов, даже преданные ценители шампанского назовут от силы 20. Это и есть те самые, великие дома, завоевавшие мир. В зависимости от дня экскурсии и ваших предпочтений я предложу на выбор и включу в программу посещение одного из них: Moet&Chandon, Veuve Cliquot, Ruinart, Mercier, Taittinger, Bollinger. Чтобы вы еще лучше узнали историю своего любимого шампанского и увидели всю кухню изнутри.

Семейные хозяйства
Во второй части путешествия я отвезу вас в гости к частному виноделу, который, имея собственный виноградник, не продает виноград крупным домам, а «колдует» над своим особенным продуктом. Их называют рекольтанами (это значит, что 95% винограда должно быть с собственного терруара). Так вы познакомитесь с бутиковым подходом к производству, узнаете об искусстве работать с лозой, роли мастерства винодела в том, чтобы придать выраженную индивидуальность винам.

Организационные детали

  • Обратите внимание: в одних всемирно известных домах экскурсии проводят только местные гиды (на английском и французском), в других можно воспользоваться аудиогидом на русском языке. В первом случае синхронный перевод невозможен, чтобы не мешать слушать другим участникам.
  • Посещение шампанского дома, бутикового винодела и обед оплачиваются отдельно (стоимость варьируется от 70 до 150 евро на человека).

Очень понравилась экскурсия с Катей, от Парижа до реймса всего 40 мин на поезде, но дальше без машины мы бы не увидели большей части региона, поэтому удобно что Катя нас встретила на машине, отвезла по виноградникам и деревенькам, познакомила с местным виноделом, далее мы заехали в несколько больших именитых домов, но в итоге шампанское от местного винодела понравилась даже больше) также успели немного познакомиться с сами реймсом, о котором Катя тоже очень много знает) рекомендую

Отличная экскурсия, было очень комфортно общаться с Екатериной, легко решили все по формату и времени, Екатерина посоветовала нам заранее купить билеты на поезд (сами в ноябре не догадались бы:), общение с гидом и представителями домов было приятным, открытым, живым, интересным. Жаль, что в тот день у нас было не так много времени, это - повод вернуться). Изюминкой стало, что у Екатерины было с собой всё для сабража, и мы перед отъездом успели открыть таким образом заключительную бутылку шампанского.

Прекрасно, подробно, ненапряжно, маршрут был адаптирован для участников-детей, чтобы им тоже было частично интересно. Узнали очень много подробностей о шампанском и традициях его производства, разнообразили вкусовые впечатления.

Прекрасная Екатерина волшебно составила нам компанию. Несмотря на дождливую погоду и отсутствие зонтика у гида, мы успели много чего обсудить и узнать. Получили много ценных советов куда ещё можно сходить и вообще раскрыли для себя Реймс и Шампанские дома совершенно по-другому. Спасибо Екатерине за терпение, внимание к деталям и ценные советы. Думаю мы вернёмся летом и будем рады повторить!

Это было незабываемое путешествие! Екатерина невероятно чуткий гид, влюбленный в свое дело. За один день мы успели посетить два винных дома : один - промышленного масштаба, дом мадам Помери, второй, по маршруту, была частная «домашняя» винодельня. Эстетичные локации, интересный экскурс, вкусные дегустации! Мы открыли для себя историю, душу, самый «цимус». Отдельные лучи любви, добра - конечно же Екатерине, гиду! Ее любовь к делу чувствуется сразу! Она была бережным и заботливым проводником для нас в этом путешествии! Хочу еще отметить , что Екатерина помогла нам с построением маршрута и всей логистикой в целом! С ее помощью были куплены билеты на поезд в направлении Париж-Рейсс, а также на обратный путь. Очень надеемся на скорую новую встречу с Катей, ведь еще столько неизведанных погребов для на. осталось в этом, очень «игристом» регионе, с говорящим названием Шампань
