Описание

Мы отправимся в гости к моим друзьям-виноделам в очаровательную деревушку недалеко от Монпелье. Вы узнаете, как хозяину винодельни удалось создать на ферме уникальную экосистему и чем органическое вино отличается от обычного. А еще попробуете редкие вина, которые не найти в супермаркете!

Что вас ожидает

Винный привкус Монпелье
Вино — главная ценность провинции Лангедок-Руссильон. Именно здесь живут самые прогрессивные виноделы, идущие в ногу со временем. Я с удовольствием познакомлю вас с ними и расскажу, что такое терруар, апелласьон и кодали. А еще — как из красного сорта мерло делают белое вино, в чем заключается технология выращивания органического винограда и как расшифровать термины «пермакультура» и «агролесомелиорация».

Дегустация по правилам
Вы узнаете, что такое woofing — новая форма сотрудничества путешественников с виноделами. И конечно, попробуете чудесные вина, которые производятся в здании 1895 года. Во время дегустации я расскажу об основных правилах этой занимательной науки. В завершение, по желанию, вы сможете приобрести понравившиеся местные вина, мед и оливковое масло.

Всем ценителям вина. В том числе, семьям с детьми — для маленьких путешественников на ферме тоже найдутся интересные и познавательные занятия. Ведь на ней живут лошади, куры и даже стадо овец.

Прекрасная получилась поездка – теплая и душевная. Мы посетили несколько разных по своей концепции виноделен. Полина очень интересно рассказала об истории и настоящем. Теперь я знаю про праздники и фестивали, которые устраиваются на винодельнях. Как результат, очень хочется вернуться и окунуться в атмосферу этого праздника. Экскурсия отличная, очень рекомендую. Полине большое спасибо!

Настоятельно рекомендую экскурсии с Полиной! Я провела с ней почти два дня: мы ездили на виноградники и бродили по старому городу Монпелье. Полина оставила не только приятное впечатление от увиденного, но и от самой себя! Приятно знакомиться с такими эмпатичными, открытыми людьми!

Чудесно провели день. Винодельни потрясающие, вина шикарные, рассказы Полины интересные. Эта экскурсия - самый лучший вариант времяпрепровождения в Монпелье на целый день!

Ездили на экскурсию по винодельням рядом с Монпелье. Когда планировали экскурсию, наслушались мнения знакомых, которые критически относились к региону Лангедок, как винной провинции Франции. Но благодаря Полине абсолютно изменили свое мнение. Есть очень достойные винодельни и во многом благодаря Полине, мы на сегодня имеем самые лучшие впечатления от вин Лангедока. Было интересно, содержательно и от души. Большой респект Полине за то, как она для нас все организовала. Однозначно рекомендуем.

Потрясающая экскурсия, однозначно рекомендую! Мы посетили 3 винодельни, узнали много интересного про происхождение виноградников Франции и особенности дегустации вин. Попробовали вина, оливковое масло, варенье, которые производятся на этих прекрасных винодельнях. Прошлись по их территориям, попробовав виноград на оставшихся лозах и насладившись неимоверным воздухом и видами. Полина прекрасный собеседник, знающий все про вино, историю Монпелье, лучшие заведения города и особенности жизни во Франции. Мы замечательно провели время. Огромное спасибо! Монпелье навсегда останется в наших сердцах!
