В вине не только истина, но и история — на этой гастрономической экскурсии вы узнаете о традициях виноградарства в Испании и насладитесь вкусом местных вин. Свои двери откроют два необычных места: первое — разливочная с интерьерами прошлого века, а второе — старинный винный погреб в сердце города. Вас ждут прекрасные вина из винограда Moscatel и Pedro Jiménez, а также главная кулинарная «достопримечательность» Испании — хамон!

Что вас ожидает

В романах Стивенсона пираты пили «Малагу». Да, это вино известно с давних пор жителям Старого и Нового Света — ни с чем не спутать густое, сладкое вино «Málaga Virgen» и непременный атрибут любого праздника — сладкое белое вино «Cartojal». Есть и другие, не менее известные ценителям десертных вин, «Pajarete», «Lagrima» — все из местных сортов виногpада Moscatel и Pedro Jiménez. Вот их-то мы с вами обязательно и продегустируем. И не где-нибудь, а в старинном винном погребке «El Pimpi», в самом сердце старой Малаги. В этом погребочке, расположенном в здании, которому 250 лет, побывали Антонио Бандерас и Мелани Гриффит, Джон Малкович, Пласидо Доминго, Бернардо Пикассо (внук художника), Палома Пикассо (младшая дочка художника), Баронесса Тиссен (Кармен Сервера), Герцогиня Кайетана де Альба, торреадор «Эль Кордобес».

Но сначала мы садимся в машину и едем в маленький и живописный городок Олиас, где находится самая старая винодельня провинции Малага — бодега Антигуа Каса де Гуардия. Пройдемся по их музею, экспонаты котрого служили многим поколениям владельцев винодельни, а сейчас на почетном музейном «приколе». Проследим этапы производства вина на современном оборудовании бодеги. Ну и конечно же, дегустация вина, которое производится здесь же, на этом семейном заводике. Четыре изысканных вина старинных рецептов производства (1840-го и 1908-го годов) порадуют нас своим богатым букетом. И как тут не купить у радушных хозяев несколько бутылочек этого эликсира молодости и веселья?!

Вот теперь вернемся в Малагу, в таверну Эль Пимпи. В старинных интерьерах этого заведения в полумраке прищуриваешь глаза: это за соседним столиком не граф ли Де ля Фер? Не знаменитый ли Атос? (он предпочитал «Малагу» всем винам, если имел возможность выбирать).

Ну и конечно, гордость Испании — хамон! Его надо уметь дегустировать, как надо уметь дегустировать хорошее вино! Самый лучший — Хамон иберико. Это задняя нога полудикой иберийской свиньи — я вам про них расскажу поподробнее. Нарезка хамона — тоже искусство! Нога закрепляется в особой подставке, которая называется хамонера, и специально обученный человек длинным и узким ножом нарезает мясо совершенно прозрачными ломтиками. И вот уже хамон лежит перед вами на тарелке… Не спешите отправлять его в рот — сначала понюхайте его! Да, таков ритуал! Запах вяленого натурального мяса дразнит аппетит. Вот теперь вы готовы к дегустации. Приступим! Попробуем мясо разной выдержки, срезы из разных мест ноги, попробуем мясо свинки и кабана… Поздравляю! Вы теперь знатоки не только вина, но и хамона. =)

Прекрасная экскурсия! Николас любит Андалусию и ее культуру и это видно во всем. Мы с большим удовольствием пойдем на другие экскурсии Николаса.

Акцент был на вино. Посетили 2 известных места. Про хамон было сказано мало.

Нудная экскурсия, материал не структурирован, гид перескакивал с одного на другое, не слышит вопросов, кот ему задают, один раз сбился с маршрута, сделали лишний пеший круг по одному и тому же месту. Неинтересная подача материала

Экскурсия понравилась. Николас был точен, маршрут интересен, а подготовка и объём знаний его выше всяких похвал. Он сумел влюбить нас в Малагу, и не только потому, что мы выпили прекрасное вино. Мы обязательно вернёмся сюда ещё раз!
