Описание

Мы отправимся в гостеприимный и вкусный Заамин. Регион, где можно послушать песни горных рек, насладиться исцеляющим можжевеловым воздухом и отведать вкуснейшие мясные блюда. За полтора дня вы погуляете по Национальном природному парку, познакомитесь с 700-летним дедушкой Орехом, заедете в гости на Казан-патыр и попробуете знаменитое блюдо пастухов — Тандыр-Гушт.

Что вас ожидает

Исцеляющая прогулка по горам
С утра мы выезжаем из Ташкента в живописный регион Заамин, который еще называют узбекской Швейцарией. О гастрономической части путешествия я расскажу позже, а пока поговорим о самом регионе. Вас ждет прогулка по Национальному природному парку среди каньонов, арчовых лесов и высокогорных хребтов. Вдохните поглубже — воздух здесь целебный, лечит астму и другие болезни.

На самой высокой точке прогулки мы увидим международную радиокосмическую обсерваторию Суффа. А еще попьем водички из родника Шербулок, которая отдает привкусом молока, познакомимся с 700-летней орешиной Бобо-Ёнгок («дедушка Орех» в переводе) и насладимся безмолвным спокойствием Зааминского водохранилища. Ночевать будем здесь же, в горном отеле.

Пир на весь мир
Визитной карточкой Заамина является угощение Тандыр-Гушт — знаменитое «блюдо пастухов». Это мясо, закопанное в земле и томящееся с теми самыми арчовыми ветками. Да, его мы обязательно попробуем. А еще заедем в гости на Казан-патыр (лепёшка печется в специальном казане) и опробуем дивных шашлыков из баранины (скот пасется здесь же, на зеленых лугах). В рамках этой поездки нас ждет много мясных блюд: порции огромные и невероятно вкусные.

Это была какая-то нереальная реальность. Сказка, в которую попадаешь на 2 дня и перезагружаешься. Природа, от которой переполняют эмоции и захватывает дух; ощущение единения с людьми, с которыми ранее не был знаком, и получить возможность прикоснуться к культуре (в танце); еда, которую уже при подаче поедаешь глазами! Если бы не Джони, не случилось бы этой магии. Я ещё не встречала настолько ответственного, внимательного человека любящего своё дело! Не раздумывайте над этой поездкой, смело выбирайте и получите массу положительных впечатлений!

Великолепная поездка. Вкуснейший тандыр кебоб, невероятные шашлыки и очень свежий горный можжевеловый воздух. Джони - фантастический, старательный и импозантный мужчина, который сделал эту поездку. Рекомендую.

Для нашей группы путешествие открыло потрясающую природу Узбекистана. Заамин по праву называют «узбекской Швейцарией»: горные пейзажи, чистейший воздух и реликтовые леса завораживают. Особенно впечатлили: • поля с разноцветными хризантемами — словно мини‑Голландия; • рыбная деревня на Сырдарье и вкуснейшая свежая рыба; • подвесной мост над пропастью и канатная дорога, откуда открываются панорамные виды. Впервые увидели хлопковые поля. Наш гид даже рассказал истории из студенчества — как их возили на сбор хлопка и как они хитрили, чтобы выполнить норму. Наш гид Джонни — настоящий профессионал и харизматичный рассказчик. Он поведал множество историй и легенд, рассказал о местных традициях. Познакомил с необычной версией нард («Бешеные нарды») — среди нас есть игроки . Отдельный рассказ можно сделать о том, что мы ели. Если честно, мы объелись на несколько дней вперед . В меню было: • мясо, томлённое в земляной яме с можжевельником (технология, похожая на ту, что мы пробовали в иорданской пустыне); • шашлык из горного барашка; • айвовое вино с ярким фруктовым послевкусием и местное шампанское; • курт с арчой (можжевельником) — необычный кисломолочный продукт. Итог: идеальное сочетание природной красоты, профессионального сопровождения и гастрономических радостей. Однозначно рекомендую! Оценка: 10 из 10.

Мы с мужем взяли экскурсию «перезагрузка в Заамине» на мой день рожденья. Джахонгир сделал все, буквально все, чтобы этот день стал незабываемый. Мы были окружены вниманием и заботой на каждом этапе экскурсии. Джахонгир учел малейшие пожелания и даже больше. Начать с того, что он приехал рано утром с букетом сирени для меня.. Продумано все до мелочей и четко организованно: максимально удобное место проживание, вкусная и разнообразная еда, продуманный маршрут, рекомендации где и как снять эффектные фотографии, если захотели что то купить, то получили помощь и в этом. Талантливый рассказчик, он подает информацию в захватывающей форме. Немного о самом заповеднике: очень красивое место, упоительный воздух. Мы успели все, при этом никуда не торопясь Действительно «перезагрузка» Спасибо

Отличная поездка -все было весело, вкусно, интересно и красиво. Мы с друзьями отлично провели время, отвлеклись от городской суеты и зарядились энергией гор. От души рекомендую всем съездить в Заамин!
