Что вас ожидает

Пустынное сафари утром в Дубае подарит вам захватывающие и незабываемые эмоции! Наш водитель заберёт вас из отеля и по прибытии в пустыню Lah Bab проведёт сафари на специально подготовленном джипе. Также он поможет вам сделать прекрасные фотографии и видео на вашу технику.

Организационные детали

  • Мы заберём вас в вашем отеле в Дубае или Аджмане и после сафари отвезём обратно
  • В стоимость включено: трансфер и экстремальное катание по песчаным дюнам на внедорожнике Toyota Land Cruiser Extreme или Toyota Sequoia

Начнем с того, что водитель опоздал на 25 мин, учитывая что мы пришли за 10мин до начала экскурсии , спешили на скорую руку позавтракать а в итоге просидели более получаса в лобби отеля. Ни сообщения ни звонка не поступало ни от водителя, ни от организаторов. Писала и менеджеру в WA, и на сайт, на сайте отвечали "уточним", "узнаем". Было непонятно все ли в силе и состоится ли экскурсия. В итоге ответили, что водитель попал в пробку (не в час пик, можно было предусмотреть и заложить время на возможные пробки, написать сообщение в конце концов). Приехал водитель Шехзад, номер машины 70325. Вел себя нервно и агрессивно. Как только сели в машину сказал " Give me money" Я протянула 2 купюры 100 долларов, его это не устроило он несколько раз повторил " Give me money" видимо потому что не было сдачи. И повторял это с одинаково угрожающей интонацией несколько раз. Я написала менеджеру могу ли я оплатить часть др способом - дирхамами, рублями. Ответа своевременного не было, водитель продолжал монотонно говорить эту фразу. Я уже готова была попросить остановить машину и прервать экскурсию, тк ехал он при этом агрессивно, не замедляя скорость на дорожных неровностях, моего ребенка просто швыряло из стороны в сторону несмотря на пристегнутый ремень безопасности, два раза он ударился о стекло авто. Причем все ручки в авто были выломаны и держаться было не за что. Было ощущение тревоги и небезопасности. Менеджер в WA отвечал своевременно только когда нужно было купить и оплатить экскурсию. Все остальные вопросы мне приходилось дублировать на сайте чтоб получить хоть какой то ответ, в том числе и об оплате который я задавала до начала экскурсии, и никто не говорил что оплата возможна только купюрами без сдачи, наоборот, оплатите любым удобным способом и я готова была оплатить и онлайн в том числе, но так как своевременно ответа не получила, взяла в долларах. В итоге экскурсия была очень короткой, большую часть которой заняла дорога, несмотря на то что у нас была ИНДИВИДУАЛЬНАЯ экскурсия. Немного скрасило впечатление что водитель передал нас на стоянке другому водителю. Спокойному, улыбчивому, с аккуратным вождением, единственное у него были сложности с коммуникацией на английском, но жестами нам удалось понимать друг друга, к нему претензий не имею.

Вовремя забрали из гостиницы, на хорошем внедорожнике, водитель хоть и экстремально прокатил по пустыне, но вез уверенно, опытный. Дал время на фотосессию. Спасибо за экскурсию!

Сразу скажу, что вы платите за очень дорогое такси, потому что основное время - поездка туда и обратно. Сама по себе поездка невзрачная максимально, но пока не попробуешь не узнаешь. Все как было заявлено, так и получилось. Только само мероприятие ужасно скучное, если решились ехать - езжайте в пустыню больше и берите баги, квадрики или любую активность. Кататься на том же джипе по пескам, который вез по Дубаю - максимально тупо. Но все честно: забрали, час ехали на пески, там полчаса, потом на развалюху нас пересадили и мы ехали назад. Но что мне особенно не понравилось в данном продавце, так это то, что они просто не давали ни минуты спокойно провести время, а писали и требовали оплаты немедленно, звонили и требовали немедленно, водитель в дороге за рулем требовал чек, даже после оплаты продолжали меня доставать. При том, что я аванс оплатил на сайте. Я написал после поездки покупателю рекомендацию, но им все равно, никто не стал комментировать.
