Описание

Предлагаю погурманить по-тайваньски и заодно прогуляться по хорошо знакомым мне запутанным улочкам старого Тайбэя. А ещё — окунуться в хитросплетения истории этих мест, где каждый храм, монумент, алтарь и рынок отражает традиции, культуру и мысли людей, здесь проживающих или сюда эмигрировавших.

Что вас ожидает

  • Встречаемся у Храма драконьей горы — одновременно буддийского и даосского комплекса, который продолжает многовековые традиции китайских переселенцев из провинции Фуцзянь.
  • Покажу вам невероятный по энергетике, но не многим известный храм Qingshan, а после мы выйдем к знаменитому рынку Huaxi, где вас ждут отмеченные Michelin блюда — тайбэйские сэндвичи из теста на пару с варёным мясом, арахисом, кинзой и самый вкусный рис с капустой и традиционной подливкой.
  • Есть здесь также очень хороший ресторан, где можно отведать суп из крокодила или змеи, но мои гости обычно предпочитают только взглянуть, ужаснуться и пройти мимо. Обязательно расскажу вам, как здесь появились такие необычные рецепты.
  • Прогуляемся по торговым рядам 19 века Bopiliao. Вы узнаете, почему местные жители придерживаются «стиля мелких перекусов» и гордятся своими Xiaochi и Xiaocai (мелкими закусками).
  • Побываем в молодёжном районе Ximending. Здесь вас ждёт главный десерт Тайваня «Манговый лёд» и классический Bubble Milk Tea. Также вы сможете попробовать местные булочки баоцзи, сосиски в липком рисе с аборигенскими специями, многослойные «рваные» блины, хрустящий, вкусный (но очень «вонючий» из-за специй) тофу с тележки, яичницу с моллюсками от тайваньских рыбаков и местные кусикатцу (гриль из всего подряд на шпажках).
  • Покажу вам знаменитое кафе и кондитерский магазин белогвардейцев-эмигрантов «Астория». Он работает здесь с 1949 года.
  • Пройдём через монументальный комплекс мемориала Чан Кайши, а по пути я предложу вам продегустировать самую знаменитую тайваньскую лапшу с говядиной или пельмешки на пару.
  • Закончить предлагаю на ночном рынке Linjiang рядом с культовым символом Тайваня — небоскрёбом Тайбэй 101.

Великолепно провели этот день с Андреем !!! Всё очень -очень понравилось ! Экскурсия проведена грамотным и интересным человеком ! Побывали в разных достопримечательностях , остались довольны! Конечно за несколько часов всех красот не охватить , но мы старались! Спасибо !!!
