Описание

Это интерактивная программа, в процессе которой вы приготовите традиционный татарский эчпочмак. А также узнаете, как появилось и почему стало таким популярным это блюдо, познакомитесь с местными традициями и, если захотите, примерите на себя национальный костюм.

Что вас ожидает

Мастер-класс проходит за ужином в ресторане:

  • Во время подачи салата вас ждёт приветствие, знакомство и рассказ об истории и особенностях приготовления татарских блюд
  • Перед вторым блюдом начнётся мастер-класс, во время которого вы самостоятельно приготовите эчпочмак, а также послушаете рассказы о национальных традициях и легендах. Если что-то будет не получаться, мы вам поможем!
  • Когда выпечка уйдёт в духовку, у вас будет время, чтобы познакомиться с обычаями татарского народа. В программе — показ национальных костюмов под приятную музыку. Если захотите, можно будет примерить наряд и на себя
  • Затем вас ждёт конкурс за столом и дегустация ароматных и румяных эчпочмаков

Вчера с мужем побывали на домашнем мастер-классе у Диляры. Мой привиредливый супруг в восторге! Вкуснейшие угощения за неспешной беседой, подбадривание меня как человека далекого от кулинарии, интересные и позновательные факты - все сложилось в чудесный вечер. Буду рекомендовать этот мастер-класс всем своим друзьям.

Побывали на домашнем мастер- классе "Эчпочмак своими руками" в гостях у Диляры - это было восхитительное проведенное время. Попробывала своими руками сделать татарские пирожки, Диляра отличный, комуникабельный и очень добрый человек, который находит ко всем подход. Было интересно и понятно не только мне, но и дочери. Диляра нам приготовила сюрприз: угостила татарскими блюдами .....мы восторге! Ощущение, что побывали в гостях у своих родных. Это был чудесный вечер!

Большое спасибо за такой замечательный вечер! очень душевно, по-домашнему, одним словом, все прошло просто классно и замечательно! готовили, ели, подобралась прекрасная компания, самые лучшие впечатления! мастер-класс проводили дома, что тоже очень здорово, будто побывали в гостях у родственников в Казани! мы посетили прекрасную женщину Диляру, думали, что будет простой мастер класс, но нас ждал сюрприз, мы побывали у мамы, бабушки дома, как в детстве. Много смеялись, лепили Эля пач мак))кушали вкуснейшую еду, сделанную Дилярой своими руками. то что мы в восторге -ничего не сказать. Я очень советую!!! Особенно вкусные сладости и тот факт, что все было с любовью и так по домашнему. даже мужчины были в восторге. Дилярочке огромное спасибо

Посетили домашний мастер-класс по лепке эчпочмаков у Диляры, всё очень понравилось, было любопытно узнать много нового про татарские культуру и традиции. Лучше приходить на мастер-класс голодными, так как есть будете всё и много. В общем, было интересно и вкусно, спасибо!
