Приглашаю вас пристально вглядеться в архитектурный облик Шанхая и углубиться в изучение его городской среды. Я познакомлю вас с логикой планировки и стилевыми особенностями зданий. Расскажу, как политические и экономические факторы повлияли на образ города. И раскрою для вас внутренние механизмы его развития и трансформаций.

Что вас ожидает

Я профессиональный архитектор с международным опытом и на экскурсии помогу вам переосмыслить Шанхай с точки зрения градостроителя. Мы побываем в самых разных районах и при желании будем заходить внутрь общественных зданий.

На нашем маршруте:

Вайтань (The Bund) — культовая набережная с панорамой на ультрасовременный Луцзязуй. Мы рассмотрим фасады зданий в стиле ар-деко и неоклассицизма, обсудим их символику и роль в становлении Шанхая как международного финансового центра.

Юй Юань (Сад радости) и окрестности Старого города — редкий пример традиционной китайской садовой архитектуры в сердце мегаполиса. Обсудим принципы китайского пространственного мышления и роль закрытых садов в структуре жилых кварталов.

Луцзязуй (Lujiazui) — символ нового Шанхая: небоскрёбы, смелые инженерные решения и амбициозное градостроительство. Осмотрим через призму архитектуры Shanghai Tower, Jin Mao и другие объекты.

Французская концессия — район с уникальной атмосферой, где сочетаются модерн, шикумэнь и элементы европейской вилловой застройки. Поговорим о типологии жилой среды, адаптации западных форм к китайскому контексту и концепции жизни в тени платанов.

Современная архитектура Шанхая: 1000 Trees с вертикальным озеленением, The Bund Finance Center с кинетическим фасадом, Шанхайский музей естественной истории. В городе реализовано множество выдающихся проектов, которые отражают инновационный подход к формированию городской среды.

Кому подойдёт экскурсия

  • Программа не подойдёт тем, кто ищет стандартную обзорную экскурсию или формат фото у достопримечательностей без погружения в содержание

Организационные детали

  • Между отдельными локациями мы будем перемещаться на общественном транспорте. Стоимость проезда оплачивается дополнительно — примерно 4 юаня за чел. По желанию можем арендовать машину или взять такси (подробности обсудим в переписке)
  • Маршрут несложный, однако включает участки с брусчаткой и лестницами. При необходимости скорректируем маршрут, чтобы избежать неровностей, — напишите мне об этом заранее
  • Я могу организовать для вас трансфер из отеля или аэропорта и/или наоборот за доплату

Анастасия приятная девушка, провела нам экскурсию по Шанхаю через архитектурную историю города. Материал подан интересно и непринужденно, как будто мы приехали к другу в гости и он нам показал город. Более того Анастасия отвечала на вопросы о жизни в Шанхае, об учебе, работе, местных обычаях, а также помогла немного с шоппингом - подсказала пару хороших мест и даже позвонила по моей просьбе, чтобы забронировать нужный товар. Выбирайте данного гида - не зря потраченные деньги и полученное удовольствие от экскурсии и общения. Группу смотрите не более 4 человек, так как толпы китайцев и больше людей просто не услышат экскурсию, так как держаться надо плотно к ведушему.

Очень приятная и познавательная прогулка по Шанхаю. Начали с традиционного китайского сада XV века и старого квартала, потом гуляли по британской набережной начала XX века. Анастасия - профессиональный архитектор. Она много знает и об архитектуре, и о Шанхае, рассказывает интересно. Рекомендуем посетить эту экскурсию.
