Поход на узбекский базар
Вы посетите один из самых крупных, знаменитых и старинных рынков Узбекистана – Чорсу, где прочувствуете всю глубину восточного колорита и научитесь выбирать специи и пряности. На прогулке по пестрым торговым рядам вы услышите о богатой истории Чорсу, который известен ещё со Средних веков. Вы узнаете, как базар выглядел в разные эпохи и какое значение имел для развития города и торговли.

Дегустация блюд национальной кухни
Затем отправимся в самый популярный ресторан национальной кухни в Ташкенте. Вас ждёт отличный обед из всевозможных блюд узбекской кухни: мы обязательно попробуем настоящий узбекский плов, свежий салат «Ачичук», самсу, узбекские манты и другие лакомства. За обедом я расскажу вам о специфике узбекской кухни: как выращивается рис для плова, каким специям отдают предпочтение местные повара и многое другое.

Были на данной кулинарной экскурсии вместе с дочкой 11 лет. Экскурсия очень понравилась. Все было очень вкусно. Попробовали настоящую узбекскую еду. Сам гид очень позитивный и веселы человек. Всем рекомендую данную экскурсию.

Очень хотелось именно гастрономический тур и по отзывам выбрала Джонни! Оказался он не только хороший рассказчик, а ещё и прекрасный, добрый и очень отзывчивый человек. Еды много, места показывает и туристические и не туристические, куда бы я одна не дошла бы никогда. Всё безумного вкусно! Советую не кушать за сутки до экскурсии! Кормить будут много! Узбекская кухня достойна отдельной экскурсии!

Огромное спасибо Жахонгиру!!!! Для всех,кто хочет попробовать настоящую узбекскую кухню - рекомендую. Вкуснейший плов. Думал,что знаю все виды плова,но в Ташкенте открыл для себя новый рецепт приготовления... Наряду с интересным рассказом об истории Узбекистана,побывали в различных исторических местах Ташкента.. Посетили рынок -очень интересно было. Перепробовали много вкусностей!!!!

Огромное спасибо замечательному человеку и великолепному рассказчику Жахонгиру за интересную, познавательную и очень вкусную экскурсию по Ташкенту! Я часто путешествую, и для меня выбор попутчика в новом, пока незнакомом для меня городе, - очень важно! Жахонгир - именно тот проводник, который с удовольствием знакомит с городом, в том числе, через быт и еду ташкентцев. Теперь я знаю, в чём секрет идеального плова, чем именно ташкентский отличается от самаркандского или ферганского, как выпекают тандырные лепешки, какой должна быть идеальная самса и настоящий узбекский шашлык! А главный ингредиент каждого блюда по-ташкентски - незабываемое узбекское гостеприимство! Очень рекомендую эту экскурсию тем, кто хочет познакомиться с городом не только из окна отеля или за столиком ресторана, а в живом общении и реальном гастрономическом приключении!
